The Learning Warehouse is a secure, online ‘warehouse’ containing research validated assessment tools which support individuals, organisations and communities in getting better at learning, inquiry and change, through personalised feedback for self evaluation and improvement.
The Learning Warehouse is at the centre of a global learning network, in which partners own and manage their own unique, and protected communities in the Warehouse, and use this to access the particular tools they want, in a way that suits their local context. They can create new tools, upload video and create screen grabs.
Researchers are able to tap into the rich source of data in the Learning Warehouse for systems wide ‘blue skies’ research and to support local organisations with feedback from data analysis.
The global network includes schools, businesses and educational communities who use the tools for locally driven personal and organisational change and development. Thus the Learning Warehouse operates as a generator of research led social change and engagement, at the interface of research, practice, policy and enterprise. There is a site dedicated to the corporate sector called ViTaLplus.
