These were the slides used at a seminar in Manama, organised by Bahrain Polytechnic on 22nd June 2011. Bahrain Polytechnic have been using ELLI for two years and it is becoming well embedded in the learning culture there. The students at the Polytechnic are amazing – articulate and passionate about their learning and their futures. We spent some time finalising the Bahraini version of the ELLI questionnaire, adapting the English to suit this unique context. Corporate Leadership as Corporate Authorship TIm Coburn 2011 Tim Coburn led the second seminar in the ‘Re-thinking  Leadership and Learning Seminar Series’  at Centre for Systems Learning and Leadership at the Graduate School of Education yesterday. It was an original, rigorous and exciting seminar which authentically ‘did what it said on the tin’.   A key take home idea  is that  becoming a STORY MAKER  is a key element of corporate and individual agency and leadership.
